1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AIQuiz Tech website, communications, proposals, and services. By using this website or working with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

AIQuiz Tech provides mobile app development, AI-powered product strategy, learning UX design, quiz system planning, integrations, analytics setup, maintenance, and related digital product services. Specific scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.

3. AI and Learning Content

AI-assisted features and learning tools may produce outputs that require review, moderation, and validation. You are responsible for verifying learning content, user-facing materials, compliance requirements, and suitability for your audience.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required content, system access, credentials, third-party approvals, and project decisions. Delays in these items may affect timelines and delivery dates.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees, payment milestones, billing terms, and expenses are set out in the applicable project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable once work has started or a milestone has been delivered.

6. Intellectual Property

After full payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding pre-existing materials, third-party assets, open-source software, reusable components, tools, frameworks, and AIQuiz Tech background technology.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may rely on app stores, AI providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, APIs, content systems, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices.

8. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We build digital products intended to support business, learning, and product goals, but we do not guarantee revenue, app store ranking, user adoption, learning outcomes, funding, or any specific commercial result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIQuiz Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities.
